Ms. WuDunn is co-author of newly released book, Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide.

Women in Philanthropy (WiP): a professional organization for women in western Massachusetts. We are women who are, have been, or wish to be, affiliated with nonprofit organizations, whose primary responsibilities include generating resources. It is the mission of Women in Philanthropy to support the professional advancement of its members. 
Once a month, breakfast meetings provide an opportunity to explore professional, and sometimes personal, issues specifically designed for women in philanthropy. Many of our topics are culled from member suggestions. Of course, there is always time for networking and lively discussion! Please consider joining us for the 2009-2010 program season.
